Healing, Safety, and Opportunity

The Near North 3.6.5. three-year plan deepens our community impact through sustained engagement, strategic partnerships, and direct support. We anticipate hundreds of meaningful interactions with residents and stakeholders, fostering a consistent presence built on trust, forgiveness, and responsiveness. Our goal is to remain a mission-driven organization that achieves seamless synergy with our partners and the communities we serve.

The plan also calls for the addition of at least 20 new partners to the Near North 3.6.5. Network, strengthening cross-organizational collaboration and expanding access to resources. Through this growing network, the initiative expects to facilitate approximately 1,000 referrals to partner organizations, helping individuals and families connect to critical services more efficiently. In parallel, Near North 3.6.5. aims to conduct roughly 1,200 mediations, supporting conflict resolution, community stability, and safer neighborhoods across the Near North area.
